The Paw Charm is a pet accessories brand born in Indonesia. Created with love for our very own pets. What started as a personal passion project has grown into a brand we’re proud to share with pet lovers everywhere around the world.
What are the tags made of?
All tags are 3D printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a type of bioplastic made from renewable plant sources such as corn starch or sugarcane.It is also non-toxic which makes it ideal for pets.
Is your product durable?
Yes it is pretty durable. However, please note PLA is NOT SCRATCH NOR CHEW-PROOF. Once the tag is in your possession, it is then your responsibility to properly care for it. We will not be held responsible for any harm caused by the indigestion of the tag materials.
How can I clean the tags?
Our tags is made from PLA materials. PLA is waterproof and can be cleaned with water or isopropyl alcohol.
Can we customize Bigger Size?
Yes, we can customise the size to be maximum 20-23cm.
Processing Time
Ready made item will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Custom items 7-14 business days. Depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
Order / Tracking Information
The tracking number wil be sent to your email. The Paw Charm is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We are also not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange
As each tag is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized tags.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at thepawcharm@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving so we can assist you. Photo evidence of the shipping box and damaged goods are required.
